I only took the 133 from the train station to Piata Romana. Because of the holidays and people crowding the sea shore, thus away from the capital, the bus was pretty empty. I was told that statues are being built and money invested in marking historic personalities of Bucharest, of Romania. Sounds like a good thing, though most of them are heavily disputed, criticized.

Calea Victoriei is one of the most crowdy one-way streets in Bucharest, with cars and motorcycles speeding frenzied, towards Piata Unirii. On Friday I decided to walk on this street, to find changes and new shops. I like the photos a lot, so I'll post them in large size ^_^ Check them out!!!... [view]
