Date Created:  2009-09-10 		Description:   I will raise awareness about the true costs of idling and politely ask drivers to stop idling when they do so. Any more than ten seconds of idling uses more fuel than is required to restart the engine. By reducing the time spent idling, you not only save money but you save the environment and the health of your community by limiting the amount of air pollution your car produces.
