Young adults from around the world contributed to this plan in the hopes that our voices will be heard and that leaders will think about our generation and future generations when making decisions. The Youth Earth Plan includes: - A review and analysis of international outlook studies on the future of our economy, social conditions, peace/security, resources, and environment. - An assessment of our fundamental global challenge in the 21st century. - Requests that each of our culture-shaping institutions make specific changes.

Millions of people everyday experience racism, inequality, limited freedom, exploitation, oppression.. etc. We can stop this but only if we try, so "stand up even if you're standing alone" because that can make a huge difference and you'll only know for sure if you try.

I will not physically attack a woman. I will not verbally attack a woman. I will stand up for any woman who IS being attacked. I will stand up for a woman is violated, robbed, or raped, and commit not to do these things myself. If a friend or family member I know has done these things, I will help him learn not to do this in the future. If I have a mother, sister, female family member, wife, or girl friend, I will support her and try to bring peace and justice into her life.

Despite Africa being the backbone of success everywhere in the world, the state of affairs in Africa does not depict its contribution to the success off shores. I believe Africa can cause a revolution in all the negative aspects of the world and the continent can change and be a living testimony to the assertion "from grass to grace". I have decided to dedicate my life in which ever way i can effect change and i know there are people out there who are willing to do same to enable us achieve change in Africa. The future of Africa lies in the hands of Africans and its about time to stand up and realize your potential of making this change a reality. The more we learn about other cultures the less misconceptions and stereotypes there will be! Educating yourself about different cultures will not only make you a more knowledgeable and tolerant person, but you will gain respect for cultures and the people who are a part of them.
