Description:   In the 21st century, the illiterate person is said to be the one who does not know how use a computer. Africa and many remote and/or rural areas in developed countries, having access to a computer for the purposes information, communication or facilitation of processes is still a challenge. As such, I commit to promote modern ICTs in rural/remote areas, where their people are convinced of the necessity of these technologies to improve on their health, education, environment and economic development.

Description:   There are many barriers youth face in accessing digital information from technical problems, to information literacy levels to something as basic as reading comprehension levels.
