In the lower part of Het Beursplein today, I found lots of shops and departmentstores. It is also called 'koop goot' (shopping gutter). Sunday discounts last week were huge and it was also puring heavily!!! We had to get out of the house.. So that's how we got to Fields (finally :). It's one of the biggest malls in Scandinavia (so I've heard). Could only check the first floor..because of long time spent in the cool sports' shops...... [view]

Yesterday I missed my train to Bucharest, so I had to take a bus to the city. It all went well, got to Baneasa in half an hour. Description: Plastic bags are a big part of pollution in Kathmandu and developing parts of Nepal. I will carry a reusable shopping bag with me (of cotton, jute, etc.) most of the time I go out so that I can SAY 'NO THANKS' TO PLASTIC BAGS offered with goods I buy. This way I will help in the reduction of plastic waste.
I will also encourage my family and friends to do the same.
