I commit to taking shorter showers and installing a low flow shower head. Another option is to turn off the water when it is not needed. Description:   Learning a new language can be quite the challenge for some people. But think about it this way, everytime you learn a new language you can add another millions of people to who you can get to know and have a conversation with. Learning a language can help you adapt to new places and also help you appreciate a new culture without the language barriers. With a new language you can learn how to read, write and speak fluently. I say, that's pretty darn impressive.

Description:   Exercise does not always mean joining sports team, or going to a local gym, it can be simple everyday activities like walking to school, or playing a game of football with friends. These are things a lot of us are already doing, but putting aside time for these things will mean you have committed to being more healthy and active.
