Local policies/ordinances have been amended/enacted to address HIV/AIDS concerns/issues of WIP and MARCY in Iloilo City and Guimaras; 2. Existing public health service facilities in selected districts of Iloilo City and municipalities of Guimaras are providing HIV/AIDS and adolescent reproductive health (ARH) information and services, including voluntary counseling and testing (VCT); and 3. Community-based interventions have reached 80% of the WIP and MARCY in selected urban/izing poor Barangays of Iloilo City and selected municipalities of Guimaras
